This project was approached as a New Build. Classified by the City of Toronto as a Renovation because 50% of the exterior walls were maintained as part of the work. The original structure includes the front exterior walls and front peak roof from front façade to end of dining room. This area underwent extensive reconstruction to bring it above code and to create a superior built home. This home is essentially a new home.

This builder approaches the building code as a minimum and maintains high personal standards in construction. All building materials used were of the best quality available. The focus on detail “behind the walls” was of great importance during this project and can be seen in the photos below.
